GENERAL CONDITIONS
RULES FOR LIVING
a) Motor vehicles can not move in the Village and must remain in the parking lot.
b) is absolutely forbidden to bring animals of any species.
c) The guests must respect the silence, from 14.00 to 16.00 and from midnight to 8:00
d) The entrance is reserved exclusively for guests of Santa Maria Village. Any foreign visits (limited to the duration of a few hours) must be authorized by the Management.
RESERVATIONS
Bookings are accepted no fi at all places and must be accompanied by a deposit equal to 30% of the total, and the reservation form filled out and fi RMAT. Do not be deemed valid reservations without a deposit.

SETTLEMENT FEES
The remainder is due upon arrival. The commitment for the period booked is true even if not fully enjoyed for late arrival or early departure.
CANCELLATIONS

No claim will be considered by the agency, if not validated by written declaration filed during his stay at the Village Management.
